Poetry problems

The internecine struggles that are Scribbled down on a crumpled paper

Staring at a blank canvas
It is quite ironic
How I am not moved
By the fast approaching
Lack of inspiration
How I am not moved
By the aridity of my mind.

The internecine struggles that are
Scribbled down on a crumpled paper
They seem to have a toll on me
And yet, I stand resolute
Unfazed and unmoved by the
Impending dryness threatening my
Coveted creativity.

The stalwart knows his true worth
In the myriad of tempests,
He will not be demeaned to worthlessness
Just because he writes poems.
